An Update from CDS Law & Tax

Here at CDS Law & Tax, we are doing everything to continue to meet your business needs, keeping it ‘business as usual’ while adopting a new normal.

We remain open for business, with staff on site in both our Cork and Tralee offices to facilitate necessary services. Our investment in technology – which continues on an ongoing basis – means we can work remotely with full access to all technology and tools needed to service you, our valued clients.

We are facilitating signings and the completion of original documentation where required, and, where absolutely necessary, will accommodate meetings in our offices. However, any such meetings must be by appointment only.

In accordance with government guidelines, the capacity of our meeting rooms has been reduced. When visiting the office, we ask you to observe and adhere to Government protocols:

  • Please sanitise your hands when entering the offices;
  • Masks must be worn – by both clients and staff – for the duration of your meeting, and when entering and exiting the offices;
  • Please provide your details for contact tracing;
  • If you are experiencing any of the symptoms associated with Covid-19, we ask that you do not visit the office under any circumstances.

Our video conferencing facilities have been further improved over the last number of months, and are ready to facilitate both Teams and Zoom meetings. We ask that you consider video conferencing as the primary way of meeting with our team over the next number of months. If you are unsure of how to use Teams or Zoom, we would be more than happy to set up a trial meeting from one of our meeting rooms.

Details of our video conferencing facilities are as follows:

All professional staff are also equipped with their own laptops and the technology to accomodate Teams and Zoom calls remotely via their office email addresses. Invites can be sent accordingly.

Should you have any queries, please do not hesitate to get in contact.

Thank you for your continued support in these unprecedented times.
