Julianne Spring Heavey

Chartered Tax Advisor

Julianne is a Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) and a member of our Tralee-based tax team.  

She originally became interested in tax while studying Revenue Law as part of her BCL at UCD.  Following this, she completed a higher diploma in business studies with UCD Smurfit School.  Julianne went on to work in the tax departments of high profile legal and accountancy firms A&L Goodbody’s and KPMG, where she qualified as a solicitor, chartered tax advisor and chartered accountant.

She went on to qualify as a Trust and Estate Practitioner and has lectured for the Irish Tax Institute in both Law and Capital Acquisitions Tax.  

Julianne has gained practice, industry and management experience from working with legal, accountancy and property development/construction firms.

Having returned to her native Kerry, she joined CDS Law & Tax LLP in 2021 where she delivers tax consultancy services to private and corporate clients.
