Paula began working with CDS Law & Tax in June 2017 and qualified as a solicitor in 2020. Since joining CDS, Paula has gained extensive experience in the areas of residential and commercial conveyancing, landlord, tenant and probate law. Paula has practical experience in commercial conveyancing having represented both corporate and private clients in the acquisition, financing, development and disposal of commercial and residential investment property and mixed schemes of development. She also deals with the negotiation, drafting and review of commercial leases for office blocks and retail units. Paula is experienced in the area of licensing and advises on licensing aspects to commercial transactions involving the purchase or sale of hotels and licensed premises. Paula advises in the area of probate, regularly drafting wills and dealing with the administration of both testate and intestate estates in addition to the preparation and execution of Enduring Powers of Attorney.BIO

• Paula was one of three PPCI students chosen to represent the Law Society of Ireland at the International Academy of Dispute Resolution Mediation Tournament which will be held in Chicago in March 2020. • On completion of the PPCI, Paula was part of a small group of trainee solicitors who collectively raised over €30k for Habitat for Humanity’s Orphans and Vulnerable Children Programme in Zambia where she spent two weeks building sustainable housing for vulnerable families.
